In our group we had to work hard. This was
because we were all from different nations and it was hard for us to
communicate with our group members. everyone in our group had an idea and
wanted their own idea to be considered in the task we were doing. Also English
is not our first language therefor it was hard sometimes to communicate with
each other. But we must find a way to communicate with each other in a sensible
way therefore we will all understand and we will come to a conclusion.
Your reflections are so real and you recognise the challenges of the course which will finally give you skills for long term betterment.The intercultural dimension is the reality of the real world workplace!
